Shipping Information
✦All orders are printed and drop-shipped directly to you from a printing company.
✦Printed Orders are drop shipped via USPS and take approx. 7-10 Business days to arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number at checkout. We can currently ship to all US addresses and military APO boxes via USPS Priority Mail.
✦Please check each listing for valid shipping times. Custom proofs will be emailed within 3 business days for you to approve. Ready to ship items will be sent to the printer as soon as we receive the order (usually one business day).
✦If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at orders@shopmerrygrace.com We are happy to refund/exchange items with the return of the original item to us.
Digital Download Orders
✦Digital download links will be available for 24 hours after purchase. Please send us a message if you need help downloading your files at orders@shopmerrygrace.com
✦If you need to cancel your order before we have sent a proof to you, please send a cancellation request with the reason why and we can send a refund. We do not refund once a proof/final copy of your order has been sent to you.
✦There are no refunds for instant download orders, but we are happy to edit your prints and printables until you are totally satisfied!
